Desleigh Forster won't be surprised to see her stable stars Adebisi and Easy Running run the quinella in the G3 George Moore Stakes at Eagle Farm on Saturday.
Adebisi is attempting to defend his title in the 1200-metre feature which Forster claims isn't as strong as last year.
"It's a strong race but I don't think it is as strong as last year," Forster said. "Last year there were horses of the calibre of Spirit Of Boom and Ready To Rip up against us."
Adebisi has not raced since November 10 when he thumped his rivals by three lengths over 1000m on a heavy Eagle Farm track.
However, the month between runs doesn't concern Forster who has one of the best strike rates of any trainer in  the country.
"I think he's a better horse this year than last year when he won the race," Forster said.
"Both he and Easy Running have done very well since their last runs and I'm not concerned with Adebisi not having run for nearly a month."
Easy Running signalled he was ready for his George Moore Stakes showdown with two good performances this campaign.
The four-year-old resumed with a well beaten third behind noted mudlarker Jugahlation on a heavy track in a 1200-metre Benchmark 90 race at Eagle Farm on November 10.
The son of Easy Rocking then finished fourth to Steel Zip in the Listed Keith Noud Quality (1200m) at Eagle Farm on November 24.
"He was ridden too close last time but it was no-one's fault. It was just the way things turned out," she said.
"He's drawn a good barrier in two but he will get back as usual while Adebisi will be up their with the leaders."
Adebisi, who has a wide barrier 10 to contend with, will be ridden by Michael Cahill while Ric McMahon will have only his second ride on Easy Running.
McMahon's only ride on Easy Running was in the G3 Vo Rogue Plate (1350m) at Doomben last December when the pair finished fifth to Punch On.
